Abstract
The research delves into the effects of organizational culture and commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance using quantitative analysis with a path analysis technique. The findings highlight a significant influence of these factors. It is suggested that organizational culture and commitment are crucial in shaping job satisfaction, thereby positively impacting employee performance. Fostering a supportive organizational culture and commitment among employees can lead to increased job satisfaction and improved overall performance in the workplace. By understanding and nurturing these aspects, organizations can create a conducive environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity. Ultimately, the study underscores the importance of organizational culture and commitment in driving job satisfaction and employee performance, emphasizing the need for organizations to prioritize these factors to achieve optimal outcomes in terms of employee well-being and productivity.
